I8-M80 incinerator is specially designed for medical waste. This model is a controlled air incinerator, providing optimal combustion conditions for different waste types. The front-loading design provides excellent liquid retention. The i8-M80 is a medium-capacity specialist “M” incinerator that is optimized for medical waste disposal benefiting from a front-loading door, cylindrical combustion chambers, integrated I.D. fan and clinical exterior design making it the ideal option for hospitals and medical waste collection centres. This model is the only option in our range that is self-contained with a rear access door accommodating a built-in fuel tank and mounted control panel.

The I8-PALS-XL (Automatic Loading System) is a pneumatically powered external loading module with its own dedicated waste loading door and vertical interlocking charging door connected to the incinerator combustion chamber.
Push button operation will open the horizontal feeding door which will allow the operator to deposit waste into the loading hopper, the vertical loading door will then open which allows the pneumatic ram to charge waste directly into the combustion chamber of the incinerator, the ram will then retract to await the next batch of waste to be loaded into the incinerator once the first cycle has completed.
This process has the advantage of zero manual interaction with the incinerator combustion chamber, which is a safer process with combined push button opening to prevent unsafe operation.
The i8-PC1 is our entry-level model for pet cremation, this front-loaded, compact cremator has great features including an internal grate, viewing window and a dedicated ash collection door. The I8-PC1 has a capacity of 150 litres which is suitable for cremating domestic pets including medium-sized dogs. This is the perfect option for pet crematoriums that are just starting up. Optional USB data logging can be fitted.

The i8-PCS is our pollution control device that is designed to cool combustion gases at the first stage to around 425°C to prevent de novo formation of dioxins and furans. The consistent process then passes the combustion gases through a catalytic converter using hydrated lime to act as a reagent to remove acid gases and capture the resulting solids. The resultant combustion gases are then filtered through ceramic filtration to directly capture and remove particulates. All this is done to achieve a pollution-free environment.

Built using a strong L-section frame, the system comes with a 700mm x 400mm loading shelf where you place the waste. The shelf is then tipped using the pneumatic rams and the waste falls neatly into the incinerator. This prevents damaging the refractory concrete system.
The Large VGS is recommended when the incinerator is processing either medical, pharmaceutical or other types of hazardous waste which can produce harmful emissions.

The Sirocco is our smallest and most portable waste incinerator and has been designed to be easy to relocate and use almost anywhere. Requiring just a small amount of electricity to power the fan – no other fuel source is required. The efficient process reduces waste to as little as 3% of its initial volume. It uses cyclonic air technology by using the high-pressure fan to pull air into the main drum to create a high oxygen environment. This creates optimum conditions for complete combustion with impressive burn rates and the added benefit of no smoke or smell.
